Returns & Refunds

At Immobilienverwaltungsgesellschaft Lumpe mbH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, as per your rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

We will provide you with the return instructions, including the return address.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Include photos and a description of the issue.

We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or credit card provider.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Opened hygiene-related products (e.g., ergonomic seat cushions, mouse pads with wrist support)

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

8. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht – for EU Customers)

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
